Electrical Testing

Pumps and other equipment are all thoroughly checked and tested by qualified engineers working in compliance with the latest regulations and issuing Certification and recommendations. Work is safely implemented with fixed appliances and hazardous area inspection and risk management, both electrical and mechanical equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

 

 

Meter and Measure Testing

We can carry out meter measure checking as and when required or on a programmed basis, with the margins on fuel sales considered, prevent of potential fuel losses is paramount.

This service can potentially avoid Trading Standards offences to the forecourt operator. We test the accuracy of the forecourt fuel pumps to determine if the pumps are dispensing more than necessary or less than the legal requirement. We then accurately calibrate pumps and liaise with the authorities to re-stamp seals when adjustments have been implemented.

 

Fuel Pump Refurbishment

We pride ourselves on providing fully refurbished Gilbarco pumps, we have yet to see a competitor’s product better. Our pumps are rebuilt with every nut and bolt removed and replaced and all parts serviced cleaned and painted or new parts used.

Then rebuilt into new or refurbished frames, looking like new.

We always hold refurbished pumps in stock in readiness for the unfortunate event of accident damage, it is our intention to replace a pump in this case within 5 working days.

Minor accident damage work also undertaken.

Tank and Line Testing

Tanks and fuel lines can be thoroughly tested to certify that they are sound at the time of testing.

This can be reactive or proactive to satisfy third parties or give peace of mind and offering due diligence.

 

 

Vapour Recovery Stage 1 Inspections

We can carry out adhoc or programmed vapour recovery Stage 1 inspections and certification, in order to remain compliant and satisfy local Petroleum officer inspections.

 


Maintenance

Our team of highly skilled engineers can satisfy all your forecourt maintenance requirements from fuel pump maintenance to kiosk equipment repairs. We have a vast stock of spares for Gilbarco pumps and most pump models.

 All our engineers are SPA Passport to Work accredited for the petrol sector.

 

Maintenance Contracts

We can provide an annual pump maintenance contract or can operate pay as you go if preferred. However Priority is given to customers who have a maintenance contract with us, but we still offer the same level of commitment to service to our PAYG customers.

We endeavour to fix and a first time visit same day if not next day, ensuring the customer has limited down time and is more efficient for ourselves also.

We in addition supply spare parts and have a vast reserve available to ship same day, we presently supply parts to other contractors, one time purchasers and other pump manufactures including Gilbarco.

We do hold stock of other pump makes including Tokheim, Dunclare, Wayne etc.
